A shocking international terror plot has surfaced after authorities revealed that an alleged Iran-linked militant had planned to assassinate Ivanka Trump, daughter of former US President Donald Trump, in what investigators describe as an act of revenge tied to the killing of Iranian military commander Qasem Soleimani.

According to reports, the accused — Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, an Iraqi national allegedly linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) — had reportedly been tracking Ivanka Trump and even possessed a blueprint of her Florida residence. Investigators claim the suspect openly declared that targeting Ivanka would “burn down the house of Trump” in retaliation for Soleimani’s death in a 2020 US drone strike in Baghdad.

The chilling revelations became even more alarming after reports emerged that Al-Saadi had posted surveillance-related messages online, warning that “neither palaces nor Secret Service” could protect Americans. Authorities say the suspect was in the “surveillance and analysis” phase of the operation before he was eventually captured.

Al-Saadi was arrested in Turkey earlier this month and later extradited to the United States. The US Department of Justice has linked him to multiple attacks and attempted attacks across Europe and North America, including incidents involving Jewish and American targets in cities like London, Amsterdam, and Toronto.

Officials investigating the case believe the accused had deep ideological and personal ties to Qasem Soleimani, whom he reportedly considered a mentor and father figure. The case has once again highlighted growing concerns over international revenge plots, geopolitical tensions involving Iran, and the increasing threats faced by high-profile political families.

The incident has triggered renewed debate in global security circles about the expanding reach of extremist networks and the risks posed by lone actors operating across multiple countries. As investigations continue, US authorities are now closely examining whether the suspect acted independently or as part of a wider international network.
